The glowing Duchess of Cambridge stepped out for an evening engagement Wednesday at the National Portrait Gallery in a pale blue Emilia Wickstead frock. She wore this for a reception organized by the Art Room, a charity that works with children to increase their self-confidence and independence through art.
In a knee-skimming, sleeveless dress she showed off her arms but only a hint of her growing baby bump with its cinched waist. As always she looked stunning
