Availability: July 15 to Nov 1 2016 It is a very spacious loft-style apartment with 1 bedroom, big dining area, large office den, living area, high ceilings and 1.5 bath. Has metered laundry in building. Also, Wollaston RedLine is 5-7 mins walk from the apartment, so is the Wollaston beach. So finally, Expected rent: $1550 Security deposit: $1550, will be returned. Utilities: Extra, there is a water heater for hot water and central AC. billed by national-grid. I can send you the monthly-bill for the duration of your stay and you can pay it. There is a refrigerator & dish washer. I do have my own microwave that I can leave if you`d like. I have a bed, 3+2 couch, small dining table and shelves/cupboards, computer-table, large tv stand that you can use if you like. Or I can move them out if you don't want to use them.
