Zepto has joined forces with Apple to provide doorstep delivery services for Apple products in India. The company announced this partnership with the iPhone manufacturer on Tuesday. Customers in certain areas will now have the option to order items such as the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and various accessories using the rapid delivery platform. When placing orders, users can take advantage of introductory deals and zero-cost EMI options. Competing services like Blinkit and Swiggy Instamart also offer similar delivery options.
In an official announcement, Zepto shared that it has collaborated with Apple to facilitate the delivery of products like the iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, AirPods, and accessories within India. The firm claims that these products can be delivered within ten minutes of order confirmation. New releases, including the iPhone 16e, AirPods 4, and the latest iPad models, are expected to be available for immediate delivery on Zepto.
Abhimanyu Singh, the Business Head of the Electronics category at Zepto, stated, "By incorporating Apple’s extensive range into Zepto, we are making high-end technology swiftly accessible, revolutionizing the purchasing experience for premium devices." He noted that over one million users sought out Apple products on the platform in the past month. Zepto reportedly experienced a significant 35 percent increase in month-on-month searches for Apple items.
Currently, the delivery service for Apple products is limited to specific regions. Customers can enjoy initial promotions and no-cost EMI plans on various goods. Additionally, Zepto is offering discounts for purchases made with select bank cards, along with coupon and mobile wallet discounts. Recently, the platform has also begun swift deliveries for Vivo smartphones. Zepto is already in partnership with Asus to sell their keyboards and mice in certain Indian cities, such as NCR, Mumbai, Chennai, and Bengaluru. Furthermore, Swiggy Instamart and Blinkit are also involved in the quick delivery of Apple products across India. Meanwhile, BigBasket has partnered with Croma Electronics to deliver the iPhone 16 and iPhone 16 Plus in Bengaluru, Delhi NCR, and Mumbai.
